Log Analyzer

A browser based information reporting tool

R.A.I. Software has developed a web site traffic analyzer system capable of processing tens of millions of hits per month. The system downloads and aggregates logs from multiple servers, which, after are loaded in a SQLServer database, are available for browsing and report generation.

• Extensible log parser, currently works with IIS and iPlanet.
• User friendly interface, similar to Windows Explorer. The request, referrer and user host URLs are displayed as tree views (ie all ".ro" entries are grouped under the folder "ro").
• Extensive report lists, with a comprehensive set of data filters.
• "Favorites" for user reports permits the saving of commonly used report settings.
• Multiple file formats: HTML, Word, Excel, PDF, sent by mail or saved to local disk.
• Highly optimized database schema, allowing the storage of 5 gigabytes of log entries into a 1 gigabyte database (7,000,000 entries).
• Reliable scheduler service supports the downloading and formatting of reports of preset times.
